Corrales & Associates Blog

Welcome to Corrales & Associates Blog

We have made the decision to create this blog with the intent of addressing some issues that we believe are of general interest or that in fact are being written to reply to a communication expressing interest in our approach to the subject.

The idea is to deliver useful and timely content on issues related to the areas of practice of our firm in order to inform about changes in the Legislation and the effects that these changes may have on the operations of companies and businesses; or on current issues that are being discussed publicly and have sufficient relevance for our clients and the general public.

Is not our objective that these articles be a lecture on Law for legal professionals or even non-lawyers, but to collect the most important topics and explain them in the simplest way possible for reader benefit.

The articles published here are NOT legal advice. In order to advise a company, investor or person it is important to know all the details of the specific case. Otherwise, a mistake can be made in making a recommendation that is not appropriate for the specific case.

The blog will be published in Spanish and English for the benefit of the community in general and the expat community that has interests in our country. The contents in both languages may or may not be identical depending on the interests and situation that apply.
